Nesquehoning Largest Solar Energy Plant In Pennsylvania

In what will be the largest solar energy farm east of Nevada in the community of Nesquehoning, Pennsylvania. This is more good news as we move toward energy independence and a reduction in carbon emissions.

While I truly like seeing us move in this direction, I also see it as a tremendous waste of valuable land. It would be far better to out fit the estimated 1,450 homes with solar collectors to generate their own power.

    THERE HAS BEEN NO MORE TALK OF THE SOLAR FARM SINCE AUGUST OF 2008? IS THIS A PASSED ON SUBJECT? I UNDERSTAND THE COMPANIES INVOLVED WERE EXCITED AT THE PROSPECT BUT IS ANY OF THIS GOING TO HAPPEN?
